Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week. Start Date: 09/14/2026 End Date: 12/14/2026 Responsibilities: Assist in implementing treatment goals and programs, train patients in gait and mobility, demonstrate modalities, monitor patient responses, document progress, and collaborate with healthcare team. Additional Information: Follows all safety and infection control policies, maintains a clean treatment environment, provides patient and family education, and participates in team conferences and quality improvement initiatives. Preferred Qualifications: Previous successful assignment with the agency or organization is highly desired.
