Personal Lines Account Manager
We're partnering with a growing, relationship-driven independent agency that's built its reputation on strong client partnerships and a collaborative, team-first culture. They're continuing to expand and are looking to bring on a Personal Lines Account Manager. This is an opportunity to join a growing independent agency that truly values relationships, both with clients and within the team.

What You'll Be Doing
- Act as a trusted resource for clients, helping them navigate their insurance needs
- Provide guidance on coverages including auto, home, and umbrella
- Support clients through policy changes, renewals, and claims-related questions
- Partner with carriers to find competitive and appropriate coverage options
- Deliver a high-touch, responsive service experience that builds long-term relationships
What You Bring
- Experience in personal lines insurance
- Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
