Responsibilities: Effectively manage all personnel-related matters including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and terminatingResolve equipment operation discrepancies with internal personnel, gaming regulatory agency employees, and customers in a friendly and professional mannerReview and analyze reports related to slot equipment performance. Investigate deviations noted in slot management reportsOrganize machine placement on casino floor, which may include the coordination of installations, moves, and conversionsConfer with manufacturers and vendors in a professional manner regarding slot equipment and partsAssign and maintain work schedule for the slot repair staffUtilize parts manuals and maintain an organized inventoryDevelop and monitor periodic maintenance schedules to maintain efficiency of slot machineryPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
