Observe, assess, and report patient conditions/changes and document in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations. EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition in accordance with nursing practices. May administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Receive, transcribe, and execute physician’s orders; evaluate and implement a patient’s care plan. Direct, monitor, and coordinate timely delivery of quality patient care by all subordinate staff. Ensure Patient Care Management Systems are routinely in-serviced and incorporated into the delivery of patient care.
