Restaurant Manager No Late Nights!!

The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations for a full-service dining restaurant and lead a team of more than 25 employees. Reporting to the General Manager, this role will ensure effective service, team performance, food quality, and operational execution, with a growth path from Assistant Manager to General Manager. The manager will rarely support special events or off-site operations.
Responsibilities
- Schedule staff and supervise shifts.
- Lead, train, and manage team performance.
- Build strong guest relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
- Oversee inventory control, vendor coordination, and budget management.
- Track sales and support operational performance.
- Maintain food safety standards and execute the menu.
- Oversee food production and food and beverage operations.
- Manage opening procedures and support special events or off-site operations as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
- Leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Sales experience.
