Overview Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to‑face sessions in Nottingham, MD. This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week. What We’re Looking For We’re hiring independently licensed clinicians in Maryland who are ready to make a difference and grow with us. We’re especially interested in Providers willing to see 25+ sessions per week. Behavioral health generalists (open to seeing couples and children, with our support). Clinicians who value autonomy and also enjoy being part of a team. Those interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles. Strong character matters — a commitment to integrity, openness, and quality care. Qualifications Active and unrestricted LCSW-C license in Maryland. Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided. Compensation Up to $98,900, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
