Pay Transparency:

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $62,000-68,000/yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.

Overview:

The Network Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting Sales and collaborating with Digital Campaign Managers to oversee the post-sales process for Audacy's Local and Regional Sales teams. This individual will supervise 1-2 campaign managers and assume responsibility for the booking, fulfillment, optimization, reconciliation, and billing of all Podcast Media. In this capacity, the manager will handle a high volume of campaigns simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and optimal delivery across various inventory solutions. This job requires attention to detail, and the understanding of multiple optimization strategies to address respective campaigns.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Maintain and manage team documentation, including order entry processes and spreadsheet formula maintenance.
• Oversee Podcast Network advertising campaigns across multiple platforms; conduct daily monitoring to ensure on-track pacing, provide strategic optimization recommendations to the Digital Campaign Management (DCM) team, and adjust campaign goals or demographic targeting in Boostr as required.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the DCM team to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide operational reporting.
• Manage the creative calendar and coordinate instructions across Local Ad Ops, Pod Ops, and AA teams, proactively following up on outstanding assets.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with attribution pixels across various ad servers.
• Generate detailed monthly reports analyzing pacing, sell-through rates, and potential revenue risks.
• Deliver comprehensive post-campaign reporting and insights to the DCM team.
• Execute ad hoc analytical and operational projects as assigned.
• Standardize and update team process documentation to ensure operational efficiency.
• Facilitate training sessions on the DCM Tracker tool for team members.

Qualifications

Required:

• BS/BA degree
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment with revolving deadlines
• Ability to identify and solve problems, create and innovate on behalf of clients and multitask
• Demonstrated experience effectively optimizing marketing campaigns by analyzing performance and recommending adjustments to meet key performance objectives preferred

Preferred:

• 1+ years of media experience at a media company, publisher and/or ad agency
• Strong Digital Operations or Digital Campaign Management Experience preferred
• Audio experience a bonus
• Proficiency with industry-standard platforms, including Boostr and Wide Orbit.
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, with a focus on Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas).
• Comprehensive expertise in the Google Workspace ecosystem, including Sheets, Docs, Slides, and NotebookLM.
