We are seeking a Head of Project Management to lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Project Managers. In this strategic role, you will transition our organization from managing individual projects to optimizing our entire Professional Services portfolio - overseeing rigorous delivery governance, balancing long‑term resource capacity, and ensuring expected revenue is realized on time. Combining a sharp commercial mindset with hands‑on leadership, you will serve as both a strategic pipeline builder and a critical escalation partner, turning high‑stakes client challenges into profitable, long‑term relationships. Responsibilities Lead & Scale: Mentor a high-performing PM team delivering complex, large‑scale solutions across diverse market segments (from startups to global enterprises). Remove Impediments: Act as the ultimate escalation point and catalyst for the team, proactively clearing roadblocks and driving continuous efficiency improvements. Optimize the Pipeline: Shift the organization from managing individual projects to strategically executing the entire Professional Services portfolio. Capacity & Revenue Planning: Balance and forecast resource capacity through to project completion to ensure expected PS revenue is realized on time. Standardize Execution: Establish rigorous delivery governance, ensuring projects strictly adhere to scope, timeline, budget, quality, and technical requirements. Cross‑Functional Alignment: Partner internally with Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery, as well as external technology partners, to ensure seamless project and support execution. Crisis Resolution: Step into high‑stakes client escalations hands‑on, using a commercial mindset to rebuild trust and protect long‑term partnerships. Reporting & Risk Mitigation: Lead project review sessions and produce regular progress reports, proactively communicating forecasted risks to internal teams and client decision‑makers. Requirements Highly motivated and self‑driven 10+ years in Project/Program Management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (explicitly leading and managing teams of PMs) Strong mastery of PS business models, commercial contract structures (Fixed‑Price vs. T&M), and financial metrics (margins, utilization, and revenue realization). A proven track record of navigating high‑stress client crises, turning around failing projects, and managing difficult client dynamics at the executive level. Proficiency with project and resource planning tools (Salesforce, Advanced Excel, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar). Elite verbal and written communication in English and Hebrew, with the ability to articulate complex technical and commercial concepts to C‑suite audiences. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Management, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. PMP certification is highly preferred; relevant industry certifications in Cloud architecture (AWS, Azure) or Virtualization are a significant advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr TeraSky Group
