- Deliver therapeutic counseling to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, using a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. \n
- Build and maintain trustful and empathetic therapeutic relationships with clients, adapting your interaction style to accommodate their unique backgrounds and needs. \n
- Utilize proven interventions to promote emotional wellness, helping clients to confront and transform unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. \n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to synchronize care plans and achieve optimal client outcomes. \n
- Document client progress consistently and maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines. \n
- Engage in continuing education to remain current on advancements in mental health practices and refine your therapeutic skills. \n
In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor/Therapist at Watertown Regional Therapy Center, you will have the opportunity to work with a varied patient demographic, including both adults and youth.
