A day in the life.

As a Senior Account Manager, your role is to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients by creating and implementing customized service plans. You are responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, negotiating coverage, and managing proposals and renewals. Additionally, you will engage in strategic holistic planning for clients, understanding the full scope of their business.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• 5+ years’ experience in commercial Property & Casualty insurance at an agency or related company

• Extensive experience with multi-family habitational risk portfolios, including knowledge of Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae insurance requirements, as well as a thorough understanding of tenant and contract requirements.
• Proven ability to partner with clients and lenders on development projects, acquisitions, and refinancing needs.
• Providing coverage analysis and risk management recommendations, completing applications, preparing submissions and proposals, and negotiating coverage and pricing
• A passion for building shared and layered property programs.
• Proficient in analytics, particularly in CAT modeling and loss projections, as well as highly proficient with Excel Spreadsheets, Word Documents, and navigating Agency Management Systems
• A solid understanding of deductible buy-down policies and placement.
• Ability to review the accuracy of other’s work on a project or task, guide others on a fast paced, high-energy team, while maintaining a positive attitude

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• Property & Casualty license preferred, or the ability to obtain upon hire
• BS/BA in Business, Insurance or related field
• CPCU, ARM, CISR or other professional insurance designation related to Property & Casualty
• Experience working with Applied Epic, agency management system
• Available to travel for client meetings, as needed

The applicable base salary range for this role is $92,400 to $172,100.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.We are excited to offer a competitive total rewards package which includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401K savings and other retirement programs as well as employee assistance programs.
