Job Summary

The Direct Display Campaign Specialist supports the execution and operations of digital display campaigns managed directly with publisher partners rather than through programmatic exchanges. This role focuses on ad trafficking, campaign setup, quality assurance, delivery monitoring, reporting, reconciliation, and billing support. The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience with CM360 or a similar ad server, understands direct publisher and vendor processes, and brings strong attention to detail and organizational skills. The specialist will work closely with media buying, publisher, business intelligence, and marketing teams to ensure campaigns are accurately launched, delivered, and reported.

Job Responsibilities

• Traffic ad tags through CM360 while following established naming conventions and third-party tagging requirements.
• Set up and QA campaign builds to verify accurate configurations and proper data flow into internal dashboards.
• Support the execution of insertion orders, contracts, and new vendor setups within internal billing systems.
• Verify campaign rates, terms, flight dates, and other contractual details are accurately reflected in campaign and billing systems.
• Monitor campaign delivery against approved flight dates and budgets.
• Identify under-delivery, discrepancies, and other campaign issues and proactively communicate them to the appropriate teams.
• Coordinate with media buying teams and publisher partners to resolve delivery and campaign issues.
• Support monthly campaign actualization and reconciliation activities.
• Partner with internal business intelligence teams to correct data, naming, and reporting issues.
• Assist with billing accuracy, invoice tracking, and invoice submission.
• Compile and deliver campaign performance reports to internal stakeholders.
• Communicate campaign progress, delivery updates, and relevant learnings to the broader marketing team.
• Maintain accurate campaign documentation and support day-to-day operational needs.

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with CM360 or similar digital ad servers.
• Familiarity with direct publisher deals and publisher relationship processes.
• Understanding of vendor, insertion order, contract, and billing processes.
• Experience with digital display campaign trafficking and QA.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to campaign accuracy.
• Ability to monitor campaign delivery and identify discrepancies or under-delivery.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate campaign status, issues, and delivery updates effectively.
• Ability to collaborate with media buying, publisher, business intelligence, and marketing teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Work Experience

• 3+ years of experience supporting direct display advertising campaigns, preferably including CM360 trafficking, campaign QA, delivery monitoring, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Experience working directly with publishers or supporting publisher/vendor relationships preferred.
• Experience with insertion orders, contracts, vendor setup, or advertising billing processes preferred.
