Job Title: Marketing Specialist
Location: Edinburgh, IN (on-site at plant facility; relocation assistance available)
About Our Client
Our client, a leader in the production of customized reusable plastic packaging solutions across various industries, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join their team at their Edinburgh, IN plant. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives in an on-site, hands-on environment and wants to contribute directly to the growth and visibility of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to support business objectives
Manage and optimize marketing channels (social media, email, web, paid digital)
Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reporting and insights
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
Support brand consistency and messaging across all marketing materials
Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity within the packaging sector
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required
Minimum 3+ years of digital marketing experience (more preferred)
Experience in the packaging industry strongly preferred
Must reside near or be willing to relocate to Edinburgh, IN. This is an on-site role at the client's plant location
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (social media management, email marketing, analytics)
Relocation
