Assistant Hoa Community Manager

Bluefield is seeking an organized, personable, and detail-oriented Assistant HOA Community Manager to support the day-to-day management of homeowners associations.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our Director of HOA Management, homeowners, board members, vendors, and other members of the Bluefield team to help keep our communities running smoothly. The ideal candidate has previous experience in HOA or community association management and understands the unique responsibilities that come with serving homeowners and volunteer boards.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, staying organized, and managing a variety of responsibilities throughout the day.
