Join a forward-thinking organization where you'll help shape the future of AI while growing your career in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.Pay, benefits and more We are eager to attract the best, so we offer competitive compensation and a generous benefits package, including full health insurance (medical, dental and vision), 401(k), life insurance, disability and more.What you'll do on a typical day:Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI, machine learning, generative AI, and advanced analytics products from ideation through deployment and continuous improvementPartner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI can drive operational efficiency, automation, and business valueLead product backlog management, including prioritization of features, use cases, data requirements, and technical capabilitiesTranslate business needs into AI-ready requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable success metricsCollaborate with Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering, Platform, Architecture, Security, and Operations teams to deliver AI solutions using agile methodologiesFacilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, product demonstrations, and retrospectives to ensure successful product deliveryDevelop and maintain AI product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and enterprise AI strategyMonitor product performance, adoption, and value realization, making recommendations for optimization and enhancementIdentify and manage AI-related risks, including data quality, model performance, governance, bias, explainability, security, and regulatory complianceCommunicate AI concepts, opportunities, limitations, and business impacts to technical and non-technical audiencesPartner with stakeholders to drive adoption and ensure successful implementation of AI capabilitiesContribute to the advancement of AI product management standards, governance, responsible AI practices, and MLOps capabilities across the organizationWhat you need to succeed at GXO:At a minimum, you'll need: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience5+ years of experience in product management, digital product management, business analysis, or technical project managementExperience delivering AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, or data-driven products in an agile environmentExperience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, prioritization, and stakeholder expectationsWorking knowledge of AI, machine learning, generative AI, data pipelines, and model lifecycle management conceptsExperience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutionsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAbility to navigate ambiguous business challenges and develop practical, scalable solutionsExperience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environmentKnowledge of agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira and ConfluenceStrong stakeholder management and influencing skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiencesAbility to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneouslyAvailability for limited travel, typically less than 10%It'd be great if you also have:Experience delivering AI, machine learning, generative AI, or advanced analytics products at enterprise scaleExposure to supply chain, warehousing, logistics, transportation, or industrial technology environmentsFamiliarity with MLOps practices, AI governance frameworks, and responsible AI principlesExperience working with data science, machine learning engineering, and analytics teamsKnowledge of data platforms, cloud technologies, and modern AI ecosystemsExperience measuring product performance, adoption, and business value realizationAbility to influence stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authorityExperience supporting digital transformation and innovation initiativesPassion for applying emerging technologies to solve complex business problems and create business valueWe engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
