Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients experiencing mood disorders, addressing the intensity, frequency, and duration of their symptoms.

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans collaboratively with clients that are aligned with their goals and aspirations.

  • Utilize evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to guide therapeutic interventions.

  • Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to empower them in their recovery journey.

  • Monitor client progress closely, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

  • Coordinate with psychiatrists, medical professionals, and support staff to provide integrated care that addresses all aspects of the client's well-being.

  • Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to continually enhance therapeutic practices.

  • Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in line with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

  • Engage actively in case consultations, team meetings, and other professional development workshops to refine skills and share knowledge.

This role primarily focuses on clients facing mood disorders, including anxiety, depression, and related conditions. Our clientele ranges from individuals seeking assistance for the first time to those requiring ongoing support in managing chronic mental health concerns.   • A current and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
