Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Liberty Healthcare, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Diagnosing and treating various mental health disorders affecting individuals, couples, and families.

  • Conducting therapy sessions that focus on issues such as alcohol abuse, conflict resolution among family members, grief and loss, job stress, and the challenges of blended families.

  • Providing referral options for clients who require additional specialized services.
  • \n
  • Utilizing therapeutic techniques based on best practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy.
  • \n
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • \n
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals within a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve include individuals, couples, and families dealing with a wide array of mental health issues. Common cases involve navigatings challenges related to separation and divorce, adjustment to life transitions, and addressing conflicts that disrupt family harmony. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
