Apply today! Job Title Medical Insurance Coordinator Overview This role involves ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between families, healthcare providers, and insurance companies. Details Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm Type: Permanent role Duties Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, insurance providers, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly and efficiently. Ensure client file compliance with insurance requirements following established guidelines set by management. Facilitate successful physician appointments by transmitting necessary insurance documentation prior to scheduled visits and verifying appointment attendance. Guide families in obtaining clarification from their insurance providers regarding coverage and requirements. Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, as well as actions taken in accordance with HIPAA policies. Develop and maintain proficient working knowledge of customer relations systems (Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and other relevant databases. Requirements 3+ years of experience with Medical Insurance is required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. Efficient problem analysis and problem‑solving skills. Computer literate with demonstrated ability to learn new programs. Ability to adapt to a fast‑changing environment. Benefits Medical benefits (Health Partners) – 85% employer paid.
