Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Outside Sales Representative role based in Roanoke, TX. The Outside Sales Representative will identify and pursue new business opportunities, conduct in-person sales calls, and present masonry solutions tailored to the needs of homeowners, general contractors, and real estate professionals. Daily responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, preparing and delivering sales presentations, following up on leads, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. The role also involves building long-term relationships, coordinating with internal project managers, and ensuring a smooth handoff from sales to project execution. The successful candidate will represent Brick & Stone Master in the field, uphold the company’s reputation for quality and reliability, and contribute to revenue growth in the local market. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Sales Presentations and New Business Development skills to effectively generate leads and close opportunities. Candidates should possess Relationship Building and Customer Service skills to support repeat business and long-term client partnerships. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly convey project details and value propositions. Previous experience in outside sales, preferably in construction, masonry, building materials, or related industries. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage a territory or book of business. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally within the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently on-site.
