About Our Agency
  • We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
  • Our office is located in Lake Charles, LA.
  • Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
  • I am a proud graduate of McNeese State University.
  • We currently have 5 team members at our agency.
Compensation

$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Benefits

License reimbursement, bonus based on performance, competitive salary, flexible schedule, health insurance, opportunity for advancement, paid time off, training & development.

Role Description

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Nicholas Reina - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
