Require employee(s) performing vulnerability management functions possess demonstrable credentials to reflect knowledge, skills, and experience:

• Coordinating teams, utilizing vulnerability scanning tools, and developing strategies to reduce the organization's overall attack surface and improve its security posture.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive vulnerability management program, including policies and procedures for vulnerability identification, assessment, and prioritization.
• Lead and mentor the vulnerability management team, coordinating daily tasks and resources.
• Provide insights into vulnerability trends to guide future improvements to the vulnerability management strategy and process.
• Strong background in secure IT operations and management of endpoint, infrastructure, and platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities for identifying and addressing security issues.
• Demonstrated leadership in incident response, POA&M resolution, and continuous monitoring.
• Ability to develop SOPs, performance metrics, and reporting mechanisms aligned with SLAs and KPIs.
• Proven experience engaging with Federal leadership, Cybersecurity Operations Centers (CSOC), and compliance offices.
