Job title: Senior Manager, (Engineering – Forward Deployment) Location: Pleasanton, CA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) Duration: Full-time Role Overview Meeru AI is seeking a Senior Manager, Engineering – Forward Deployment to lead customer deployments of our AI-native platform across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will manage a team of deployment engineers, own customer implementation success, and work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver secure, scalable, production-ready AI solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end deployment and implementation of Meeru AI's platform in customer cloud environments. Manage and mentor the Forward Deployment Engineering team. Architect and optimize multi-cloud deployment frameworks using Infrastructure as Code. Oversee deployment of AI/ML applications, Kubernetes, GPU workloads, and cloud-native services. Troubleshoot complex deployment, networking, IAM, and infrastructure issues. Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure successful customer onboarding and delivery. Drive automation, deployment best practices, security, compliance, and operational excellence. Required Skills 10+ years of software/infrastructure engineering with 3+ years of engineering management. Hands‑on experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP (expertise in at least two clouds). Strong experience deploying enterprise SaaS or AI/ML applications in customer environments. Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud networking. Experience with AI/ML infrastructure, model serving, GPU environments, and production deployments. Excellent customer‑facing, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Forward Deployment, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, Platform Engineering, or SRE. Startup or high‑growth company experience. Knowledge of cloud security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, FedRAMP, HIPAA). Experience with ML orchestration platforms such as Ray, Kubeflow, or vLLM. #J-18808-Ljbffr MeeruAI
