Job Category Retail Position Summary The Maintenance Technician is an entry‑level position that is integral to a team servicing vehicles. Full‑time and part‑time benefits are available from day one. Pay Range: $15.84 – $23.76 Bridgestone is committed to fair and lawful compensation practices. All employees receive pay that meets or exceeds the applicable minimum wage requirements. Responsibilities Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust and electrical. Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services. Install and maintain tires. Install batteries, shock absorbers and check electrical systems. Road test vehicles. Minimum Qualifications Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks. Valid automobile driver’s license and willingness to drive company vehicles. Experience in the automotive service industry preferred.
