Pay Rate:  $20.00 per hour   as well as monthly   performance incentive

Schedule : 7:00 AM -5:30 Monday- Thursday

This role is 100% onsite, on the bus line and/or FREE Parking

CLIMATE CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT

Objective:
To perform painting and system assembly operations with the highest level of quality and efficiency.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Training or equivalent experience with conventional hand tools (ex. torque wrench, vise drill, wire crimpers, pressure gauges, etc.)
• Must pass respirator health assessment and fit test per applicable regulation
• Preferred experience with welding, machining, or metal fabrication

Job Requirements:

• Ability to comprehend and execute work assignments with minimal follow up
• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints
• High level of mechanical aptitude
• Ability to use diverse hand tools and equipment to perform duties
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
• Ability to be cross trained in other functions
• Ability to stand throughout entire shift

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute assignments as given by the supervisor or group leader
• Immediately inform your supervisor of all equipment, process, material, safety, and quality concerns
• Follow all work instructions, policies, work rules, safety guidelines, and work procedures
