Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for a diverse group of patients referred by physicians.
• Utilize comprehensive assessments to determine the best course of treatment, taking into account the patient's medical history, injury, and personal goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize therapeutic outcomes, utilizing research-driven techniques and methodologies.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for patients and their families.
• Teach and mentor patients and their caregivers on effective rehabilitation practices and strategies for maintaining their health.
• Meet and exceed minimum utilization targets and contribute to the overall growth goals of the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with patients suffering from a range of conditions, including orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, pediatric concerns, and sports-related ailments. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program authorized by APTA or CAPTE.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy, ensuring compliance with Florida regulations.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with patients and their families.
• Proficient computer skills to facilitate accurate documentation and manage electronic health records.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
