We are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processor / Accounting Specialist to support loan funding, accounting operations, customer service, and administrative functions. Loan Processor / Accounting Specialist Responsibilities: Process loan documents for funding with outside/backside lenders Create and maintain customer loan folders File UCC documents and order customer payment booklets Assist with collection of accounts more than 10 days past due Maintain accurate customer insurance records and resolve insurance issues with dealerships, customers, and insurance agents Maintain financial records and record transactions Provide administrative support to accounting team members Communicate with vendors, customers, dealerships, and internal departments Assist with asset database and record maintenance Reconcile accounts in a timely manner Assist with month-end close as needed Cross-train within the department and complete other duties as assigned Loan Processor / Accounting Specialist Qualifications: Loan processing experience preferred 1–2 years of accounting experience, including general ledger High school diploma or equivalent Notary Public preferred Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to prioritize work around monthly deadlines Strong verbal and written communication skills Critical thinking and independent problem-solving skills Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment 16 days PTO plus holidays available during first year of employment Three different medical plans designed to fit your needs FSA/HSA plans to help with medical and childcare reimbursement Dental and Vision Insurance plans Short and Long-Term Disability Supplemental Term Life Insurance and other co-insurance options 401(k) with Match Multiple Tuition Reimbursement programs and scholarship opportunities Extensive in-house training Health and wellness benefits Doctor on Demand mobile app Verizon wireless employee discounts Multiple dealership locations to allow for relocation opportunities Endless advancement opportunities throughout the company Allstate Peterbilt Group is an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action, Minority, Female, Veteran, and Disability employer.
