• Up to $3,000 new hire bonus (see location for details)
• 2025-26 SY, $25.50 - $28.50 per hour for bus drivers*
• 2026-27 SY, $26.00 - $30.00 per hour for bus drivers*
• $21 per hour for trips and charters
• $0.50 per hour 401(k) company contribution for all hours worked

• Flexible hours no nights or weekends required*
• Time off during school holidays

Hours:

• Route hours guaranteed 4 hours per day when school is in session for the am/pm route package*
• Additional work hours available with mid-day routes, field trips, and charters
• Summer school routes available work year-round with school holiday breaks

As an Illinois Central school bus driver, your major responsibilities will be to:

• Meet and greet students with a smile and positive attitude
• Safely transport passengers
• Assist students in the loading and unloading process
• Good verbal communication skills
