Senior Marketing Coordinator/Manager And Senior Engagement Specialist This fast growing tech focused insurance firm is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator/Manager and Senior Engagement Specialist to join their team as a full time employee in Durham (hybrid work schedule). This is a very exciting opportunity with a fast growing team and high performing company. On a daily basis, the Marketing Coordinator will execute assigned marketing projects across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, press releases, presentations, and branded materials. While strategic direction and creative concepts are typically provided, this role is responsible for coordinating production, managing timelines, and ensuring high-quality delivery of marketing assets such as social graphics, email layouts, and supporting collateral. The role will also involve supporting sales and producer-facing initiatives. A major responsibility is owning and managing the company's Producer Support & Momentum Club, the firm's incentive and rewards program for producers. This includes coordinating producer engagement campaigns, managing swag and gift fulfillment tied to sales milestones, supporting incentive events, and ensuring consistent, targeted messaging to keep producers motivated and engaged. Additional day-to-day tasks include maintaining and updating marketing documents, creating new branded materials using existing templates, assisting with publication and rate sheet design, and supporting brand and logo initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator will research conferences, special events, and industry opportunities, assist with executive and sales events, and help order and manage marketing materials and swag inventory. #J-18808-Ljbffr
