Admissions Quality & Performance Manager (Fully Remote)

Develop QA scorecards and review calls, emails, and texts to improve admissions interactions. Analyze performance data to identify drop-off points and coach teams for better conversion. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to fix journey friction and protect accuracy. What You'll Bring: Experience in admissions quality, contact-center QA, or customer experience. Practical CRM and reporting skills with HubSpot, Excel, and BI dashboards. A customer-first, evidence-driven approach to coaching and operational improvement.
