Information Technology Internship

The State of Florida is seeking motivated individuals to join our workforce. Our internship opportunities offer bright, highly motivated college students and recent graduates a unique opportunity to experience firsthand the operations of state government while obtaining valuable on-the-job training. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work independently as well as with others.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.
• Ability to test, trouble shoot and resolve errors in operating systems.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access...)
• Basic knowledge of various operating systems.
• Basic knowledge of security protocols, best practices and common vulnerabilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be currently enrolled or graduated within the last twelve months from an accredited college or university degree program.
• No experience required for this position.
