Job Description We are looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to quality medical care for all ages (newborn to elderly) for a great Hospital Family Medicine Dept. Provider will be a key member of the primary care team; participating in direct patient care. Responsibilities will include assessment, ordering tests, review of test results, treatment of patient illness, development of plan of care. This is a challenging opportunity to provide care to a variety of medical conditions.
