Dental Insurance Coordinator

Family Dental Group is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Insurance Coordinator to join our team!

Located at 4324 Covington HWY Decatur, GA 30035. Just east of the intersection of Covington Hwy and South Hairston Road, near I-285 and the Redan/Belvedere Park area.

The Dental Insurance Coordinator will primarily be responsible for in-office dental insurance verification and front office revenue cycle support.

Responsibilities include:

• verifying patient benefits
• documenting accurate insurance breakdowns
• reviewing treatment estimates with patients
• supporting treatment follow-up during high-volume periods
• assisting with outstanding collections outreach
• coordinating with administrative and clinical teams to support efficient patient flow and scheduling

Ideal candidates should possess strong PPO insurance knowledge, prior dental administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Dentrix Enterprise experience preferred.

Compensation: Based on experience, $21-22/hour, depending on experience and skill set

Schedule:

• Monday - Thursday 7:45am - 5pm
• Fridays 7:45am - 1pm
• Weekends off!
