What you'll actually be doing

1. Following up on leads fast and consistently to maximize every opportunity
2. Building real relationships with clients to understand their needs and uncover more opportunities
3. Guiding buyers and sellers through expert consultations
4. Running open houses that show off our listings and turn visitors into buyers
5. Managing transactions smoothly from contract to close
6. Growing the business by bringing in new clients through your own expertise
7. Staying sharp on local market trends so you're always the expert in the room

What it takes

1. Sales experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right attitude
2. Comfort with technology and digital tools in a fast-moving, tech-driven industry
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
4. Self-direction, ambition, and the drive to push through challenges
5. Strong organization and time management
6. A valid Real Estate License (required)
