Job Description
* Orders office supplies and coordinates with vendors supporting office mainenance and operations.
* Coordinates the preventative maintenance of laboratory equipment between lab personnel and vendors. * Assists in lab maintenance activities including new chemical approvals, chemical inventory, lab computer management, hazardous waste disposal coordination. * Supports finance personnel in the tracking and submission of invoices and other documentation. * Provides logistics support for shipping and receiving. * Provides logistical support such as receiving visitors, arranging conference calls/large group meetings, travel arrangements, and scheduling Technology social events \nCompany DescriptionDella Infotech Inc is in the staffing business for 10 years.
