Job Title: Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) Registered Nurse - Schedule: 3x12's / 36 Hours / N Schedule rotates every 4 weeks or 4weeks days/4weeks nights)? Estimated Patient Ratios: 1:1-2 Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of Medical ICU experience. EPIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! Certifications Required: BCLS ACLS NIHSS AHA Certifications only Skills Required: Proficient in IV start Experience with telemetry Competency with ventilators Preferred Qualifications: Previous travel nursing experience Proficiency in EPIC documentation system Specialized Experience in: Multisystem Organ Failure Respiratory Failure COVID Sepsis Post-Cardiac Arrest Diabetic Ketoacidosis (DKA) Liver Failure Renal Failure Special Procedures/Unit Details: Continuous Glucose Monitoring for Hyperglycemia Externalized IV Pumps for COVID+ Patients Special Equipment Knowledge: NxStage CRRT Alaris IV Pump GE Cardiac Monitor GE Ventilator Boom Lift in Each Patient Room WMC Agency Permit (Most Convenient Option) -24/7 access to Wexner Medical Center Garage (guaranteed availability) -$224.80/month -$748.58 per 100-day permit WB Permit (Budget Option) -Weekend/holiday access to 9th Ave East & West Garages -24/7 access to West Campus surface lots (WB/WC spaces) -Shuttle service provided to the medical center -$16.35/month CXS Permit -Weekend/holiday access to 9th Ave East & West Garages -24/7 access to Buckeye (CX) and West Campus surface lots -$32.83/month Please note: Parking costs and options are subject to change per CampusParc policies.
