There is no Price Brothers without all the team members that call Price Brothers home." - Lena Price If you are eager to join a team where your opportunities are limitless, find your next career at Price Brothers!Salary Range: $20-$25 hourly plus commission (varies depending on experience and property location)Key ResponsibilitiesAssist lead maintenance in the daily upkeep of apartment units, property exterior and common areas in accordance with company standardsComplete assigned work orders in a timely and professional mannerEstablish and maintain professional relationships with all residents and on-site team membersFlexibility to perform other job duties as requiredSkills, Knowledge & Expertise2-3 years of multi- family maintenance experience (preferred)Previous experience with HVAC systemsAbility to work with minimal supervisionKnowledge of general maintenance(i.e. electrical, plumbing and appliance repair)Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skillValid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the stateHVAC Certification (EPA Type I & II OR Universal)Flexibility to work on-call and weekends as neededJob BenefitsThe company offers an array of outstanding health and wellness benefits starting the first of the month after 30 days of service.
