Job Title: Kitchen Team Member The Kitchen Team Member is responsible for preparing and serving food while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen. This position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and friendly customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items according to company procedures. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and handwashing requirements. Check food temperatures and complete required kitchen logs. Take and prepare guest food orders accurately. Maintain clean food-preparation areas, equipment, and utensils. Wash dishes and properly store kitchen supplies. Restock food, drinks, and other supplies as needed. Follow portion-control and food-quality standards. Notify management of low inventory, damaged equipment, or safety concerns. Assist with opening, closing, and general cleaning duties. Work cooperatively with other team members and management. Provide friendly and professional customer service. Qualifications and Availability: Must be at least 16 years old. Must be available to work from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Must be dependable, organized, and able to follow instructions. Must be comfortable working in a busy kitchen environment. Must be able to stand and remain active for extended periods. Must be able to safely lift and carry kitchen supplies. Must be willing to follow all company food-safety and sanitation policies. Previous kitchen or customer-service experience is helpful but not required.
