Johnson Service Group is seeking Customer Service Representatives in Lancaster, NY.

Temporary Customer Service Representative for 3 – 6 months working 40 hours per week from 8:00AM – 4:30PM.

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Order Management — Process new orders, changes, cancellations, and expedite requests for aftermarket spares and repair services.
• Customer Communication — Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts; provide timely updates on lead times, delays, quality holds, and shipping status.
• RMA & Warranty Coordination — Initiate and track RMAs, warranty evaluations, and repair orders; communicate inspection findings and final dispositions.
• Issue Resolution — Investigate shortages, shipment errors, quality concerns, and production delays; collaborate with planning, quality, engineering, and logistics teams.

 

Qualifications:

• Preferably an Associates degree in Business Administration or management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills—professional, concise, and customer‐focused.
• Strong problem‐solving skills and comfort working with cross‐functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment.
