SCHEDULE:

Our Customer Service Support Reps typically work Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm . You will be on-site.

REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT REP:

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook proficiency
• Experience using an ERP (enterprise resource planning) system (preferably Epicor)
• Ability to work on-site
• High school degree or equivalent
• Ability to clearly communicate ideas, ask clarifying questions, actively listen to others, and adjust communication styles to fit different situations and audiences
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address cost-affecting variables
• Mathematical and analytical skills
• Sharp attention to detail with the ability to review data to ensure proper completion
• Ability to independently manage your workload, balance competing priorities, and optimize your time

Bonuses

• 2+ years of estimating or customer service experience
• Manufacturing experience

WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE:

As our Customer Service Support Rep, you'll collaborate with internal quoting and client success teams to learn about customers' needs, provide accurate quotes, and assist with the order fulfillment process. You'll need an eye for detail and strategic problem-solving skills, as you'll be reviewing customers' technical drawings and schematics to identify product needs and generate quotes accordingly.

For each request, you'll compile detailed material and labor lists and evaluate projected costs to provide customers with accurate estimates. Always polite and professional, you'll address customers' concerns, answer questions, and follow up on orders and due dates. You'll track all quote lead times and success rates to measure your performance and identify areas for improvement. With cross-training available, you'll also have the opportunity to sharpen your billing and data entry skills.
