Join our team of customer service experts today! General Description Provides a variety of customer service functions, including product referrals and meeting Banking Center Associate Standards. Provides exemplary customer service, processes financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner, and maintains security of assigned cash by balancing daily transactions and verifying cash totals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Represent the bank courteously and professionally; apply the 5 Winning Ways of Customer Service daily. Perform about 20% of the time. Meets or exceeds Secret Shop score expectations. Use a basic working knowledge of Great Southern services and products to refer customers appropriately; use CRM accurately. Perform about 20% of the time. Meets or exceeds referrals expectations. Balance each day's transactions, locate any cash differences, and document and review them properly. Perform about 20% of the time. Meets or exceeds balancing expectations. Process all transactions efficiently and accurately. Perform about 15% of the time. Meets or exceeds POD error expectations. Maintain confidentiality of customer information, security codes, and general facility codes. Implement bank security policies, attend annual BSA and Security training. Perform about 10% of the time. Ensure full compliance with all bank policies, procedures, banking regulations, and applicable laws (including BSA/AML). Perform about 15% of the time. Maintain regular, reliable attendance, punctuality, and professional appearance. Communicate clearly in person, by phone, email, or letters. Adhere to all company policies and banking regulations. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned. Education and Experience Requirements High school diploma or GED. 0 to 6 months of related experience or training. Prior banking or cash handling experience preferred. Regular use of desktop/laptop computer, basic operating systems, and specialized software systems. Basic experience with alphanumeric data entry, PowerPoint, Excel, and word processing. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
