We want them relieved to see a familiar face and we hope our Care Assistants feel a sense of PRIDE and hard work in giving this family consistency!

• And we also understand that there are many of you out there that truly enjoy giving care to families.
• Caregiving is a balancing act...Do you think you can find the balance?

Adapt minute by minute or be content, because they're content? Can you think of fun ideas or recognize that they need to relax as you get to know them and help them engage?

A successful Qualicare KC Personal Assistant will be an experienced person in life who is capable of working independently, while maintaining a calm and focused demeanor, with hopefully some room for laughs.

• Have some knowledge of Caregiving or more.

We look forward to hearing from you!
