Float Pool RN

As a Float Pool RN, you will play a vital role in the assessments and plans of your patients at Banner Desert Medical Center. Banner Desert Medical Center offers state-of-the-art technology in all departments, from our da Vinci surgical robots to our 3D cancer technology. This position is part of Clinical Care Operations, which is the hub of patient management for the campus, including bed assignment, unit staffing, house supervision, emergency preparedness (code events and internal disasters), and patient transports. Several employee groups report to this department, including clinical positions such as RN House Senior Managers, SWAT RNs, and Resource Team (RNs, NAs, PCAs, HUCs, and BHTs) plus non-clinical roles such as Office Supervisor, Transport Supervisor, Dispatchers, Placement Reps, and Information Specialists.

In your role as a Registered Nurse with our Float Pool, you will support the clinical needs of multiple units throughout the hospital (Progressive Care, Med/Surg, Outpatient Observation, and more). In addition, we are always looking to grow our team members by expanding skillsets based off of quarterly goal planning with your management team. Schedule: 3x12-hour Day Shift (7:00AM - 7:30PM) with weekend and holiday rotations. Enjoy a flat rate $3/hour weekend shift differential when applicable. As an added bonus, Float Pool RN's also enjoy an additional $3/hr float incentive on top of base pay.
