Hourly Pay Rate: $34-$36 Hourly (W-2), $38-$40 Hourly (1099) Physical Therapy Assistant Requirements and Responsibilities: Current NJ PTA License and Registration Valid BLS Certification EMR Competence Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility Malpractice/Liability Insurance (if applicable) Collaborate with daily with PT Supervisor and follow established Plan of Care for all patients. Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnosis.
