Field Sales Representative
Instruct hospitals and other customers on how to ship their Abiomed consoles to Danvers in order to be serviced. Inbound/Outbound communication with Abiomed customers via phone and email. Complete follow ups with customers to check in, get updates, past due invoices. Will use SAP system to make entries, determine what service was completed/when, confirm shipping information, access serial numbers, etc.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Danvers, MA. The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
