What’s a typical day as Marketing Specialist? You’ll be:

• Developing and executing in-store communication strategies including signage, POP, POSM, and promotional displays to enhance brand visibility and product storytelling
• Collaborating with Design, Merchandising, and Operations to ensure communication reflects consumer needs, cultural relevance, and compliance
• Leading marketing execution for U.S. store openings, including promotional events, offers, and community outreach
• Coordinating customer engagement initiatives such as gift redemption, sampling events, pop-up activations, and festival campaigns
• Conducting competitive research, market landscape studies, and consumer journey assessments to inform marketing strategies
• Supporting cross-functional communication between Operations, Merchandising, Digital, and Store teams for campaign readiness
• Providing marketing toolkits, visual guidelines, and campaign playbooks to store teams for consistent, scalable execution

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited university or college.
• Have bilingual capability to speak and read Cantonese or Mandarin (required)
• Have the ability to travel locally and out of town (30%)
• Have 3–5 years of experience in retail marketing, store experience management, or brand activation—U.S. market experience
• Understand communication, customer journey, and shopper decision behavior
• Are experienced in cross-functional project coordination and collaboration
• Possess strong analytical skills, able to turn consumer insights into actionable strategies
• Are proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and digital collaboration tools
• Excel in presentation, communication, and stakeholder alignment
• Demonstrate ownership mindset, cross-cultural adaptability, and a passion for elevating brand presence across North America
• (Preferred) Have previous experience in supermarket or grocery store environments
