Technical Product Manager

Owning the end-to-end lifecycle of the conversational automation tool Rose, the full-time Technical Product Manager will partner with clinical operations teams to identify and prioritize use cases, manage project plans, and analyze performance data to enhance healthcare accessibility. Key responsibilities Collaborate with clinical teams to gather and prioritize requirements for Rose's use cases Maintain project plans, ensuring clear communication of priorities and timelines to stakeholders Analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities and inform the product roadmap Required qualifications Proven experience managing complex products from development through implementation Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Python and SQL for data querying Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver measurable outcomes in a cross-functional environment Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience Experience in healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and CMS compliance
