HIRS Data Management SpecialistLocation: On-Site - West Los Angeles, CAOverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented HIRS Data Management Specialist to support on-site HR operations in West Los Angeles. This role focuses on maintaining accurate employee records within Workday and ensuring data integrity across HR systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience updating employee files and working within structured HR data environments.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain, update, and audit employee records in Workday to ensure accuracy and complianceProcess employee data changes including new hires, transfers, job changes, and terminationsSupport HIRS data management activities, ensuring consistency across HR systemsPerform regular data validation and quality checksPartner with HR, payroll, and compliance teams to resolve data discrepanciesAdhere to data privacy, confidentiality, and internal controlsSupport reporting and data requests as neededQualificationsPrior experience in HR data management or HR operationsHands-on experience updating and maintaining employee files in WorkdayStrong attention to detail and data accuracyFamiliarity with HRIS data standards and best practicesAbility to work on-site in West Los AngelesStrong organizational and communication skillsPreferred ExperienceExperience supporting high-volume employee populationsExposure to audits, compliance, or data clean-up initiativesExperience working in structured or regulated environmentsWork EnvironmentOn-site role based in West Los AngelesStandard business hoursCompensation$25 per hourBenefit offerings: include medical, dental, vision, additional voluntary benefits, 401K plan.
