La persona que esperamos emplear es, ante todo, un cocinero hbil y organizado. Estamos buscando a alguien que trabaje en equipo, siga las instrucciones y nos ayude a deleitar a nuestros clientes con deliciosa comida de nuestro men. Adems de la destreza culinaria, las grandes habilidades de comunicacin y organizacin son primordiales.
Un buen candidato para este trabajo es una persona con atencin al detalle que puede mantener la cocina ordenada y limpia mientras prepara, cocina y organiza la comida junto con el resto de nuestro personal de cocina. Nos enorgullecemos de nuestro servicio excepcional, y no esperamos menos de nuestros cocineros. La ventaja va a los candidatos con un diploma de una escuela culinaria.
Principales responsabilidades de un cocinero:
- Preparacin de estaciones de trabajo, ingredientes de cocina y equipos de cocina para cocinar.
- Cocinar y organizar la comida.
Responsabilidades de un cocinero:
- Mantener una cocina desinfectada y bien organizada.
- Preparacin de estaciones de trabajo para cocinar.
- Preparacin y mantenimiento del equipo de cocina.
- Comprobacin de la calidad de los ingredientes.
- Preparacin de ingredientes de cocina utilizando diversas tcnicas.
- Cocinar alimentos utilizando diversas tcnicas culinarias.
- Organizar la comida y garantizar una presentacin atractiva.
- Administre el almacenamiento de alimentos, las existencias y los pedidos de ingredientes.
Requisitos del trabajo de cocinero:
- Debe estar dispuesto a aprender a operar equipos de cocina.
- Debe estar dispuesto a aprender varias tcnicas de cocina.
- Debe conocer y seguir los procedimientos de saneamiento.
- Debe mostrar el trabajo en equipo y las habilidades de comunicacin.
- Debe mostrar grandes habilidades de organizacin.
- Debe ser capaz de realizar mltiples tareas y actuar rpidamente.
Horario de trabajo:
- Disponibilidad los fines de semana
- Turno de 8 horas
- Das festivos
