Salary: $142,200 - 213,400 per year Requirements:

• We require a BS in Electrical, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline with 8 years of embedded software/hardware development experience, preferably on safety-critical or defense platforms; alternatively, an MS with 6 years of equivalent experience.
• We are looking for a technical lead who has collaborated with cross-functional teams.
• We need DevSecOps experience building and sustaining CI/CD pipelines, including identifying automation opportunities and designing and implementing CI/CD solutions.
• We require experience with GIT and Agile development, including producing, reviewing, and reporting Agile and development metrics.
• We seek embedded software development experience with microcontrollers, DSPs, FPGAs, and RTOS environments such as VxWorks, FreeRTOS, or QNX in Windows or Linux settings.
• A current U.S. Government Secret clearance with the ability to be cleared for SAP is required.
• Preferred qualifications include proficiency in C, C++, Python, flight software development, or software factory work.
• Preferred experience includes the full software development life cycle.
• Preferred tooling experience includes GitLab, Atlassian tools such as Jira and Bitbucket, and CI/CD tools such as SonarQube, Fortify, and VectorCast.
• Preferred cloud experience includes AWS or Azure, along with containers and orchestration tools such as Podman and Kubernetes.
• Experience with simulators and STE development is preferred.
• Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, or Security+.

• Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills are preferred.

• We design and own end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for missile program codebases, selecting and integrating tools such as Jenkins, Nexus, SonarQube, and the Atlassian suite.
• We develop and maintain pipeline automation scripts and build configurations, including CMake, Visual Studio, and custom build scripts, to support continuous integration, testing, and delivery of embedded software.
• We architect secure artifact repositories and version control strategies that provide traceability, reproducibility, and compliance with DoD security requirements.
• We implement static analysis, code quality gates, and vulnerability scanning in the pipeline using SonarQube and other tools to reinforce secure coding practices across C++, Python, and VxWorks projects.
• We collaborate with embedded software engineers to adapt build and test workflows for real-time, safety-critical applications, including cross-compilation, hardware-in-the-loop testing, and simulation environments.
• We provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and operations teams, promoting DevSecOps best practices and continuous improvement.
• We coordinate across multiple networks and sites, standardizing pipeline configurations, maintaining a consistent security posture, and enabling smooth integration of code and artifacts across distributed teams.
• We keep pipeline architecture, build processes, security controls, and compliance evidence thoroughly documented to support audits and accreditation activities.
