Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Nurse The healthcare provider is seeking a qualified Operating Room (OR) Nurse to join a dynamic surgical team. This role involves providing critical perioperative patient care, collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR technicians to ensure safe and effective surgical procedures. The position offers an excellent opportunity to demonstrate clinical expertise and leadership in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Job Details

• Position Description: Travel RN- OR Circulator. Responsibilities include ensuring supplies, maintaining case timeliness, communicating with families, updating physician preference cards, scrubbing and assisting during surgeries, and supervising personnel delivering patient care.
• Required Qualifications: 2+ years of OR Circulator experience, ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications (AHA or American Red Cross), robotics experience, and 1 year of professional experience.
• Schedule: Days shift with 4 days of 10 hours each, starting at 6:30 a.m., with on-call duties including 6-8 shifts per month. On-call hours are from 5 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. on weeknights and 24-hour weekend shifts from 7 a.m. Saturday or Sunday to 7 a.m. Sunday or Monday. Minimum weekly hours are 40.
• Additional Information: The role requires critical thinking skills and leadership abilities, with responsibilities encompassing surgical case management, communication, and supervision of care staff.
