Key Responsibilities
- UX Strategy
- Contribute to defining the target-state UX vision and operating principles for FX Program Trading
- Help reduce workflow fragmentation, context switching, and inefficiencies across trader and client journeys
- Translate business goals into clear experience principles and design directions
- Design end-to-end workflows for trading, monitoring, and decision-making experiences
- Create wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity designs for:
- Gateway enhancements
- AI-assisted trading interactions
- Client-facing portals
- Ensure usability in high-density, real-time, data-rich environments
- Design AI-supported interactions, including:
- Explainable recommendations
- Guided actions
- Workflow orchestration
- Incorporate trust, transparency, and human-in-the-loop controls
- Contribute to design systems, components, and governance
- Define patterns for:
- Data visualization
- Alerts and exceptions
- State handling and responsiveness
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and platform stakeholders
- Participate in workshops, stakeholder interviews, and alignment sessions
- Translate requirements into implementation-ready design artifacts
- Support delivery teams through handoff and iteration
- 8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX, or Interaction Design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating:
- Complex workflows
- Data-heavy or enterprise platforms
- End-to-end product thinking
- Experience working in cross-functional teams (Product + Engineering)
- Ability to move between strategy and execution seamlessly
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience contributing to or working with design systems
